Bio
Los Angeles-based songwriter/producer Jessi Mason makes music that feels like a coming-of-age film, relatable while uniquely her own. Graduating from USC Thornton School of Music's Popular Music Program, Jessi set roots in the LA music scene interning with Women’s Audio Mission and producer/songwriter Alex Bilo (BTS, Busta Rhymes, Sophia James). She's written, produced, and engineered for artists like Ian Harrison, Sophia James, Grant, Kate Grahn, Madeleine Mayi, and Casey Tutton.
Jessi’s music can be found across film, television, and game spaces in properties such as Love Island, General Hospital, Love Victor, Forza Horizon 5, Fortnite, Rocket League, and Fox Entertainment.
Jessi channels her big feelings and musical influences into her confessional, indie-pop project under the pseudonym “Maisyn.” Maisyn released her debut EP "Cool Grl" in 2021. The EP gained praise from Atwood Magazine and Bust and was featured on Spotify's Fresh Finds and Fresh Finds: Pop playlists. Her single “Night Talks” was featured on Love Island US (Season 6, Ep 24) and landed her the cover placement on Spotify’s Fresh Finds editorial playlist.
